PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards only.  At this time, we do not accept PayPal or Bill Me Later. 

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you. 

Service Provider cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

To initiate a return for a Damaged or Defective item, log in to your account, select "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner.  In the sub-menu that opens, select the third tab labeled "RETURNS".  Select the orange box to request a new RMA.  Then, select your Request Type (Damaged or Defective) and the order from which you received the product.  Place a checkmark in the box that corresponds with the damaged or defective part, enter a detailed description in the text box, as well as any other pertinent information, then click "Create Request".  A Customer Service representative will follow up with you via email with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping.  

For all other returns including inaccurate product descriptions, parts no longer needed, or mis-ordered items, please contact our Customer Service department at 1.800.669.4226 with your sales order number.  We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA Number. 

 

Defective Items:

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage.  Hoshino USA will replace any item found to be defective within 1 year of the date of purchase.

 

Damaged Items:

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact Customer Service within two (2) business days to initiate a return.  Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting Customer Service first, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. 

 

Inaccurate Product Descriptions:

If the item purchased had an inaccurate product description, contact Customer Service to initiate the return.  In these instances, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping, and outbound shipping costs will be refunded.

 

Other Returns:

Hoshino USA accepts return requests for reasons other than those listed above, at its sole discretion, within 15 days of receipt.  Refunds will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Hoshino USA utilizes a rate-shopping tool to offer its customers competitive shipping rates.  Some options will not be available due to the size or weight of the items in your shopping cart. When you check out, you can view the shipping options for your order.  Hoshino USA only ships within the U.S.A.

 

PRICE & DESCRIPTION CHANGES

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change.   When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.   Hoshino USA does not price-match.

 

ORDER QUESTIONS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Hoshino USA’s shipping hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM, EST.  Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, EST.  If you have recently placed an order via our website and wish to make a change, please contact us right away.  Once an order has begun processing in our warehouse, we cannot make changes or accept cancellations.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Hoshino USA offers several expedited shipping options that will be displayed during the checkout process.  Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin to process the following day.  This means that your order will be delayed by one (1) business day if you select an overnight shipping option and submit your order after our 12:00 PM cut-off time.  Use caution and discretion when choosing expedited shipping options.  Refunds will not be issued due to negligence.
